Live Jalso provides professional live streaming and event broadcasting services for weddings, religious events, corporate functions, sports events, and other occasions across Gujarat, India. Specific service details, packages, and pricing are described on our Services and Pricing pages and may be customized based on individual client requirements.
Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of an advance payment as agreed during the quotation process. The remaining balance is due on or before the day of the event, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Prices quoted are subject to change based on event scope, location, and add-on services requested.
Cancellations made more than 7 days before the event date may be eligible for a partial refund of the advance payment, at our discretion. Cancellations made within 7 days of the event date are generally non-refundable due to resource allocation and crew scheduling. In the event that Live Jalso is unable to provide the agreed service due to circumstances within our control, a full refund of the advance will be issued.
Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details (date, time, venue, requirements) and ensuring venue access for our crew and equipment setup at the agreed time. Clients are responsible for obtaining any necessary permissions for filming and streaming at the venue, including from religious institutions, event halls, or relevant authorities.
While Live Jalso uses professional-grade equipment and backup internet connections to ensure reliable streaming, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service due to factors beyond our control, such as platform outages (YouTube, Facebook, etc.), severe weather, or venue-related power and connectivity issues. We will make all reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues promptly during an event.
Recordings of streamed events are provided to clients as part of applicable packages. Live Jalso may, with the client's permission, use short clips or highlights from events for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and portfolio, unless the client explicitly opts out in writing.
Live Jalso shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including but not limited to loss of viewership, missed moments due to technical issues outside our control, or third-party platform policy changes.
All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Live Jalso unless otherwise stated, and may not be reproduced without our prior written consent.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Gujarat.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
